Additionally, please see the below important information on the “All Indonesia Arrival Card”, which is required for all incoming passengers to Indonesia.
Please complete your Arrival Card online before travelling. It is a requirement for all incoming passengers to Indonesia.

“All Indonesia Arrival Card” is a unified digital form that combines several previous arrival/declaration forms (immigration, customs, health, etc.) into one.
The form replaces earlier separate processes such as SATUSEHAT (health declaration) and e-CD (customs declaration) for international travellers.
After you submit it online, you will receive a QR code via email. On arrival at an international entry point, you present this QR code along with your passport.
