• Certificate of Participation will be issued to the participants who 1) complete the relevant pre-meeting activities and 2) participate in sessions they are nominated for. Further, completion of workshop evaluation is strongly encouraged.
• After workshop sessions, we’ll ask you to submit anonymous post  workshop evaluation for better organisation of similar events in the future.

Please be informed, that WOAH, as a data controller, will process your personal data for the purposes of organising this workshop, to share with you additional information on the workshop, to provide you with technical support during the workshop, and for establishing a list of participants and sharing it among participants. The data collected will be processed internally for the aforementioned purposes and communicated to the processors in charge of managing the relevant WOAH programme. The data will be used for reporting purposes and shared with institutional partners and donors, and will be kept for a period of up to 10 years for the purposes of reporting and communicating about the workshop materials, and for measuring activities and outcomes of the relevant programme. You have rights to access and rectify your personal data, as well as to request erasure and obtain data portability under certain circumstances.   

By attending this workshop, you also agree to its video recording by WOAH for the purposes of translation and reporting of the event including on our website, and wider communication purposes with stakeholders on the contents of the event, including video materials of the event. The data shall be kept internally for no longer than what is necessary to establish the aforementioned purposes and shall be kept on the website until no longer relevant upon which time data may be anonymized. If you do not consent to the terms of this video recording authorisation, you may refrain from attending the meeting. Alternatively, you can switch off your webcam.
