Dear Participants of the 33rd Conference of the Regional Commission for Asia and the Pacific, here you will find information regarding airport transfers, details of which can be found below.
This is information on transfers from the airport to the respective hotels (Hotel Taj Mahal New Delhi, The Lalit New Delhi, Hotel The Royal Plaza). All participants arriving at the T3 terminal of the IGI Airport are advised to exit from Exit Gate No. 5.
The host country will send a responsible person with a placard referring to the 33rd Conference of WOAH Regional Commission, and who will be present in the mornings of 12 and 13 November 2023 to facilitate transfer from the airport to the respective hotels.
There are 2 options for commuting from airport to the hotels.
You can pre-book the taxi through the hotel by sending a request as per the email mentioned against each respective hotel (please see contact information below). Please kindly indicate your arrival time at the IGI Airport, New Delhi. Charges will be around 50 USD.

The person mentioned above holding a placard will facilitate booking of a taxi at the airport. Several options are available, with cost of around 7 to 10 USD. Please kindly note that the person will only facilitate the booking of a taxi and participants will be required to make payment.
