Dear Participants of the 34th Conference of the Regional Commission for Asia and the Pacific, we are pleased to welcome you to our event.

The conference is scheduled to begin on Monday, 22 September 2025 and will conclude on Friday, 26 September 2025.

Poster session

Members are invited to create and present posters to enrich the experience and knowledge of conference participants.

If you would like to present a poster during the Poster Session of the Conference, we invite you to register using the following link by 10 September 2025.

Kindly note that only registered posters will be accepted for display. Authors will be expected to be present during the session to provide a short overview of their work and engage with participants interested in learning more.

Posters by Members presenting topics related to animal health, at the 33rd Conference of the WOAH Regional Commission for Asia and the Pacific in New Delhi, India.

Content

Posters should align with one of the technical items of the Conference:

  • Technical item I: Animal Vaccines and Vaccination: Development, Registration, Use, Surveillance, and Impact on Trade
  • Technical Item II: Build a joint TADs prevention and control system in Asia-Pacific region to strengthen regional preparedness and resilience through cross-border cooperation, including surveillance, early detection, disease response, border inspection, utilizing digital innovation

We encourage you to bring posters displaying projects, programmes, activities, tools and success stories related to animal vaccines and vaccination and/or the prevention and control of transboundary animal diseases.

Posters should highlight your achievements and efforts to improve animal health and welfare, particularly in collaboration with WOAH, and share valuable experiences and innovations with the broader animal health community.
