Dear Participants of the 34th Conference of the Regional Commission for Asia and the Pacific, we are pleased to welcome you to our event.

The conference began on Monday, 22 September 2025 and concluded on Thursday, 25 September 2025 (with a cultural visit arranged by our host on 26 September).
To the attention of Delegates:
WOAH invites all Delegates to complete the first Annual PVS Self-Assessment before the 34th Conference of the Regional Commission in Jakarta (deadline 15 September). This assessment is distributed to Delegates of Members who have had at least one PVS Evaluation since 2006. Please check your mailbox for an email from [email protected] with your personalized link. The compiled regional results will be presented to you at the 34th Regional Conference in Jakarta.

Animal Vaccines and Vaccination: Development, Registration, Use, Surveillance, and Impact on Trade
Build a joint TADs prevention and control system in Asia-Pacific region to strengthen regional preparedness and resilience through cross-border cooperation, including surveillance, early detection, disease response, border inspection, utilizing digital innovations
Members are invited to create and present posters to enrich the experience and knowledge of conference participants.
If you would like to present a poster during the Poster Session of the Conference, we invite you to register using the following link.
Kindly note that only registered posters will be accepted for display. Authors will be expected to be present during the session to provide a short overview of their work and engage with participants interested in learning more.

For Members
Posters should align with one of the technical items of the Conference:
We encourage you to bring posters displaying projects, programmes, activities, tools and success stories related to animal vaccines and vaccination and/or the prevention and control of transboundary animal diseases.
Posters should highlight your achievements and efforts to improve animal health and welfare, particularly in collaboration with WOAH, and share valuable experiences and innovations with the broader animal health community.

We hope you can prepare posters which show 1) your field of expertise, 2) current activities and 3) describe how you can support the region with current resources.
Please save and submit the file in a high-resolution (more than 300 PPI or HD (1280×720)) digital format, into either PNG, JPG or PDF file. TIF and SVG formats are also supported.
