The OIE RRAP organized a symposium jointly with the VPcamp, an internship programme for veterinary public health hosted by the University of Tokyo, on 12 September 2019 to provide an opportunity to enhance interests of Japanese veterinarians and veterinary students in international career paths. More than 100 people including veterinarians and veterinary students attended the symposium. Speakers with diverse experiences of working globally and/or for international organizations gave the presentations and discussions on the global activities in the animal health sector, their experiences and practical cases of career path leading to international works.
