Cyclical in nature, the PVS Pathway of the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH, founded as OIE) provides a robust mechanism for the continuous improvement of national Veterinary Services, through a staged approach using a set of proven tools and methods to evaluate, plan, cost and support the strengthening of national Veterinary Services.
